Dear G-RO Backers,
As we close out our second extremely successful crowdfunding campaign, we cannot thank all of you enough for helping us bring this project to life. We are continually grateful for our Indiegogo community!
We wanted to provide one final update now that 100% of the campaign orders have been shipped. While we are aware of a few lingering delivery complications, we are working with each of the affected backers individually in order to resolve those issues. In an effort to ensure no backer has been left without their products, we have created an online form to submit any outstanding fulfillment issues that we are not already aware of. We kindly ask that those backers who we are already in communication with do not resubmit their issues on this form.

Dear Backers,
We have been working extremely hard to resolve remaining fulfillment issues and are now on the home stretch. Orders for backers outside of North America and Europe are being prepared for shipment this week and next. As this round of fulfillment involves distribution to many countries, we wanted to provide an update based on different regions.
For backers in Australia, Singapore and Japan:
Your items will be placed on a ship soon for initial routing to your country before final processing and delivery there. Barring any delays on the ocean, estimated local ship dates are Oct 29 to Nov 5.
For backers in other countries (excluding North America, Europe, Australia, Singapore and Japan):
Estimated ship dates for your items are Oct 10 to Oct 17.
For backers in Europe:
Your timeline currently remains unchanged with expected shipment/delivery taking place from Oct 15 to Oct 22.
Our team thanks all of you very, very much for your continued patience and understanding. We have tried our best to keep you updated based on the most accurate information available to us at the time. We know it’s been a long process, but we are confident you will love the quality of your G-RO products that we’ve been working so hard to get to you.

Dear Backers,
We are truly sorry, but we have to announce further delivery delays for countries outside of North America. We hope you understand, as we are doing everything we can to deliver your G-ROs.
Just recently, we learned of some unexpected logistical issues with global shipments and have been working diligently since then to develop workarounds so that we can inform everyone accurately. We realize that some of this may just sound like excuses, but in truth dealing with this kind of unpredictability is a daily reality for our small company as we work to ship thousands of orders globally. We always strive to make the best decisions for our customers and our products with the information we have available at that time.
Please note that there are different scenarios below based on the location of goods and varying shipping regulations by country/region. Delayed timelines are our best estimates as of today.
For Backers in the UK/EU:
We ran into two issues for delivery in your region.
1. There was a mixup in reserved ship cargo space for the container containing the products destined for the UK/EU, and so the shipment did not go out on the originally planned date . As soon as it came to our attention, we arranged an alternate solution and we can confirm that the container is now on its way from Asia to port in the UK.
2. Recent regulatory changes in the UK have created additional obstacles to a foreign entity shipping and distributing products there. We are working hard to complete the necessary steps to comply with these new regulations.
As a result, delivery for your region(s) is now expected between Oct 15 and Oct 22.
For Other International Backers (outside of North America):
New complications have arisen with our third-party fulfillment vendor in Asia. We are working hard to resolve these unforeseen issues. As a result, delivery for your region(s) is now expected between Sep 24 and Oct 1.
We understand that you may be frustrated by this delay, but our small team is working incredibly hard to handle these unexpected circumstances. Our top priority is to get you your G-RO items as soon as we can. The majority of previous delays were due to the collection of community feedback and consequent enhancements of the products during production, and we know you’ll be delighted with the results.

Dear Backers,
Thank you for your continued support as we complete our campaign.
It’s come to our attention that some of you have not been receiving our communications regarding your shipments. If you haven’t received an email from us, please contact us at [email protected] for the most recent shipping timeline for your order.
We also have some updates regarding electronic components.
Power Bank:
We have been dealing with complex regulations when it comes to global shipments of batteries in the same package as the bags. As we did not want to prevent shipment of your G-RO bags, the power banks will be sent at a later date. We will update you when we fulfill these items.
Tile:
Please accept our apologies – the Tile Slim will no longer be included as part of the campaign. We have repeatedly run into obstacles in fulfilling third-party items, and would like to instead offer you a gift card as compensation for not sending the Tile. For each product you ordered, you will receive $25 in credit at g-ro.com. For example, if you ordered a Check-in and a Backpack, you will get a 2 x $25 = $50 gift card. Your gift card will be delivered via email.

Dear Backers,
We’re back with a key update!
This project has been a huge undertaking – bringing not just one, but four brand-new products to market. Our entire staff has been dedicated to the many aspects of the process, including design enhancements and lengthy, rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure that each piece meets G-RO’s highest standards. Having been intensely involved with the entire production, we know you’ll be thrilled with all 4 bags - and we thank you for your passion and patience through it all!
We’re excited to announce that the Check-in, Backpack XV and Backpack Light are finishing production and will be preparing to ship soon thereafter. Due to our demands for only the best construction and quality, the Office will be delayed by 3-4 weeks.
IMPORTANT: Please double check your address on your BackerKit survey (if you have not already done so). You can retrieve your survey at: g-ro.backerkit.com.
Delivery Info
As there are different delivery timelines based on region and products ordered, we will be communicating personally with you via email regarding your specific delivery estimate. Please keep an eye out for this shipping update email.
Electronics
We have experienced other delays (e.g. shipping electronic goods designated as hazardous) with the power bank and Tile. As we did not want to unnecessarily delay the shipment of the bags, we have decided to ship these products separately at a later time, despite the additional cost. We will provide an updated timeline in the weeks to come.
