Hello Indiegogo Backers,
We’ve been up to our neck with work in our office and factories preparing to deliver our next round of top-tier products to you. We are excited to let you know we are rapidly approaching production this month.
So far everything is going to plan and still on pace to be delivered in July with the exception of the Office. As part of our rigorous product testing, we found the samples our handle factory needed some additional attention and tweaking, so we are revising the expected delivery date of the Office units to some time August. As we progress we’ll keep you updated.
If you ordered an office and additional products you will receive one package in July with your backpacks and/or check-in and one in August with the Office. As always we will keep you updated with new information as we receive it. If you have any specific questions please reach out to us at [email protected]. Hello Indiegogo Backers
Another month has gone by and we’re that much closer to delivering your products. We have now scheduled production for May, which means we are slightly behind our initial projected schedule. Our current expectation is that delivery will be in late July to early August. While we had hoped the products would be ready for delivery by the end of June, this is a more realistic time frame at this point in the project.
The products and all components are still undergoing rigorous testing to ensure that we manufacture and ultimately provide you with the highest quality products possible. This can be a time-consuming process and we would rather slightly delay delivery than sacrifice the quality of the final products. It’s still possible that the original projected June delivery will be met; however, we want to proactively inform you of the anticipated delays. We will continue to keep you informed as production progresses.
Additionally, we have some news for everyone that purchased either a Check-In or an Office bag. We’re excited to let you know you will receive an extra set of white rims with each bag you pre-ordered at no extra cost. Your bag will be delivered with the white wheels on the bag, along with the set of rims you ordered and a tool to switch the rims. Also, at the request of many backers, we have added a slide-on strap that makes the Office stackable with both the G-RO Carry-On and G-RO Check-In. As shown in the photo below, the easy-access pocket will remain on the back of the Office as well.

Good afternoon backers!
Since we last spoke we’ve been jamming away preparing for production. We have made a few improvements and slight modifications to our products based on your requests which you can find listed below.
Check-In:
The main compartment will only have a TSA lock and not a KISS lock. After searching the globe for different TSA locks we were unable to find a zipper KISS lock that would technically work with a TSA lock so we were forced to remove it. The rest of the external pouches except the water bottle pouch will have a KISS lock loop.
Based on your feedback we’ve incorporated a stretchable webbing for the interior compartment dividers so you’ll be able to fit more in a specific compartment should you wish.
Office:
We’ve added a water-resistant zipper to the document compartment so it can also be used as a secondary laptop compartment or for other electronics you wish to keep dry.
We’ve added an additional strap on the handle side of the office allowing it to be stacked onto the carry-on, check-in, or other office bags.
Backpack XV:
We changed the ballistic nylon used from 1680D to 840D to increase flexibility and make the bag lighter.
We’ve added a detachment option to the bottom of the back straps so that they can be secured beneath the luggage slide on strap.
Backpack Light:
- We expanded the main compartment to fit a 15-inch laptop. (Please be aware the padded laptop sleeve will only hold a 13-inch as originally designed)

We’re thrilled with the response we've received from everyone on Indiegogo so far!
The BIG news we have for you today is that you’ll be receiving your post-campaign survey sometime in the next 5-7 days.
For those of you who are returning backers, you know the drill. If this is your first time, here’s a little information about the survey process. Once you receive your survey email you’ll be able to select the items you pledged for during the campaign, add on additional items, and let us know what material and wheel colors you’d like on your products. The Indiegogo platform is a little limited in it's ability to customize product features, so we use BackerKit to ensure you receive the product you want.
For those of you who can’t decide between different wheel colors, or want more than one, we’ve added the ability to order extra wheel rims for $10 as an add-on! No shipping charge will be added domestically or internationally for adding extra sets of wheel rims to your pledge.
